The breakfast was very good.
Our room was dark, as there was no daylight. We had booked a room with jetted tub, which was so old and loud, that we couldn't use it at all. after pointing those inconveniences out to the hotel manager, he only told us, everything was just the way it is supposed to. We were very disappointed, because we were really looking forward to a perfect and romantic stay at union bank inn.

Once in the hotel we were very pleased....we were there for our daughters wedding, a private affair. We had requested an early admission as the wedding was at 5 pm in the hotel we were hoping to have drinks in our suite prior to the wedding.....IT DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!!!! We were rushed after the 3 admission to get ready for everything......considering we were staying there dining in a private room having the wedding we thought they should have tried harder to accommodate us...it was a great disappointment to all of us......this will cloud our future choices......we had heard how great your hotel was so you can understand our sadness to be rushed on such a momentous occasion.......Thomas and Jacqueline Wise

I really like union bank. We stay there every chance we get
I left my cosmetic bag there. I called to report that I left it and the cleaning staff said it was not there. Very disappointed as I had to buy everything all new. Where did it go is what I am wondering?

We have stayed at The Union Bank Inn several times and have enjoyed our stay every time. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The wine and cheese in the late afternoon is a nice touch and the breakfasts included in the price of the room is a great perk!

Friendly and attentive staff. Ease of access to room and restaurant.
How to access the bank with construction on Jasper....had no idea so circled the block several times and took a chance on a back drive that eventually led us there.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was great. Our room was perfectly appointed equipped with thoughtful touches such as the wine, a stand alone mini fridge, as example, paid $ 396. The hotel has great location right by a movie theatre, downtown Edmonton and other downtown attractions such as the Citadel Theatre and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast was warm and delicious, the check in was quick.
